This week on the Personal Best Podcast, we talk about the Jeff Horn 6 Week Boxing Challenge! This is a group boxing program based on the last 6 weeks of training Jeff did leading up to a title fight. These workouts are programmed by former Welterweight champion of the world, Jeff Horn, and utilise 10 signature combinations created by the champ himself. Participants that join the challenge will have access to an online portal that will house their training program, nutritional guide and additional Boxing tips from Jeff.
