Boxing w/ Noah

Class Times: Monday: 6:30am Wednesday: 12:30pm - Do you not have much time but want to keep smashing your fitness goals? Well Noah's boxing class is for you! From learning boxing skills to strength and conditioning, this class has it all for all levels of fitness!

Strength & Conditioning w/ Marie

Class Time: 5:45pm Tuesday - With a background in cross-fit, Marie knows everything there is to know about strength & Conditioning training! This class will be Cross-fit inspired and start with your strength movements and then roll into some endurance work as well!

Circuit w/ Anaell

Class Time: 5:45pm Wednesday - Involving HIIT training with a wide range of possibilities! Ana's class is fun, inclusive and a great way to smash those fitness goals!
