30 minutes of cardio and resistance exercises to really get your heart pumping!

Upper Body

BOXING

A crowd favourite! Our boxing classes are 30 minutes long. Expect a good mix of both boxing drills with pads and gloves and conditioning exercises!

Weights

Strength & Tone

Get ready to feel the burn! 30mins of circuit style bodyweight and strength exercises. Our Coach Kayla is able to modify to suit all fitness levels!
