Functional fitness is a class designed to benefit you in day to day life. There is a broad selection of exercises that will change each week. These are functional and dynamic exercises that will help mobility, strength, coordination and other key areas that will benefit you daily.
Circuit
Circuit class is a class designed with a variety of exercises that are pre-programmed and laid out in different “stations” after each exercise you will move onto the next station, keeping it fun!
Free Weight
Free weights class is a class where each exercise will involve different equipment/ resistances. This is to help educate on different gym equipment and will primarily focus on strength and endurance training.
Full Body
Full body is a very diverse class involving bodyweight movements, free weights and will work the overall body instead of one area at a time, this class is great at working your general fitness and aids in overall muscle gain.
Bodyweight Burn
Bodyweight burn is a class designed for just using your bodyweight as the resistance on all exercises instead of using equipment. It will be shorter rest times and higher reps to target that burn!
Workout of the Week (WOTW)
Workout of the week changes week to week depending on the workout set by trainers. This class will be going through that workout in a group setting.
