Tone Up Tuesday 5:30PM
Its all in the name, this class consist of a lot of core based exercises. That said, other exercises will be incorporated in to it too. This class is suitable for all fitness levels.

A new class is on the way. All we can say for now is "Pilates". A time is yet to be confirmed. So watch this space!
Weights on Wednesday 5:30PM
Its all in the name. This class is about weighted exercises. Definitely one that gets the muscles pumping. That said, this class is still suited for all fitness levels and strength. We can adjust the weights accordingly.
Thrasher Thursday 5:30PM
Don't let the name scare you too much. While this class may be a bit higher paced it is still suitable for all fitness levels. As this class is typically set up as a circuit. So you can still do your own pace.
Full Body Friday 9:30AM
This class is a full body workout. Typically popular with the mums. But men, you are welcome. So drop the kids off from school and release some tension before the weekend. Suited for all fitness levels.
