    Good deal, fun gym, fun people. NEW, SMART, QUALITY machines. Trains side individually for the most part. Very good! Not huge but plenty enough. Try to avoid the 5-6pm onslaught. Other times are very available.

Our Group Fitness Classes

Class

H.I.I.T (Monday 6pm)

HIIT class, or High-Intensity Interval Training class, involves short bursts of intense exercise followed by brief periods of rest or low-intensity activity. This format boosts cardiovascular fitness, burns calories, and can be adapted for various fitness levels.

Upper Body

Strength & Conditioning (Wednesday 6pm)

Our strength and conditioning classes focus on building muscular strength, endurance, and overall athletic performance through targeted exercises and resistance training. These sessions often incorporate weightlifting, plyometrics, and functional movements to enhance power, speed, and agility.

Weights

Circuit (Thursday 6pm)

Our circuit class consists of a series of exercise stations that participants rotate through, focusing on different muscle groups or fitness skills. This format provides a full-body workout in a timed structure, promoting endurance, strength, and variety while keeping participants engaged.
