    24hr gym. Good equipment, clean and customer service when it is manned is very good. Everybody just doing their thing to stay healthy. A little too busy in the afternoons, but every other time of the day I've never had to wait for anything.

A crowd favourite! Our boxing classes are 30 minutes long. Expect a good mix of both boxing drills with pads and gloves and conditioning exercises!

Get ready to feel the burn! 30mins of circuit style bodyweight and strength exercises. Our Coach Kayla is able to modify to suit all fitness levels!
