6PM MONDAY - Join us for an intense HIIT class designed to maximize your fitness in minimal time. Experience high-energy intervals combining bodyweight exercises, cardio, and strength training to burn calories, build endurance, and tone your body.

10AM TUESDAY - As Many Rounds As Possible Push your limits in this high-energy workout where you complete as many rounds as possible of a set circuit within a set time. Expect a mix of strength, cardio, and functional movements designed to challenge endurance, build strength, and keep your heart rate up. Suitable for all fitness levels, with options to scale the intensity.
