The staff are very friendly and the owner is amazing. She is involved in her clients and business, which makes this demonstrate her drive and willingness to make sure we are all getting the best from what we are looking to achieve.

Friendly, helpful staff. Supportive of an older person. My Gym is smaller and therefore not so daunting. Good place to start after so long away.
