H.I.I.T - Monday 6:00PM with Ben

S&C

Strength & Conditioning - Wednesday 5:30AM with Tyla

Build power, endurance, and resilience with our Strength & Conditioning class. This high-energy session combines resistance training, functional movements, and cardio bursts to improve your overall athletic performance. Whether you're looking to boost strength, increase stamina, or enhance mobility, this class will challenge your limits and leave you feeling stronger every week. Suitable for all fitness levels, with modifications provided.

Circuit - Thursday 6:00PM with Ben

Our circuit class consists of a series of exercise stations that participants rotate through, focusing on different muscle groups or fitness skills. This format provides a full-body workout in a timed structure, promoting endurance, strength, and variety while keeping participants engaged.
