Such a welcoming, friendly gym with lovely staff. Love how the people that attend are just normal people (not “Gold Coast” typicals). One thing that really stood out to me was hand written notes of support stapled to some choccy. Classy touch!

Compact gym in a great location, nearby Soak , yoga, Physio, Doctor and PO. Tram stop out front and BamBams Sunny Boy over road. Go to the gym grab a coffee walk to the beach, nice gym with benefits.
