Agi Hip Thrust

Full Body Strength

Join Agi on Fridays mornings at 7am for a Full Body Strength Class. This class will work on all primary muscles groups and aims to build strength and muscle mass.

Jacob Class

Circuit

Join Jacob for a Circuit class that is sure to get the heart rate pumping! Consisting of functional movements and using a variety of equipment, this will aim to improve strength and cardiovascular health. Every Wednesday at 9am.

Class Jacob

Upper & Lower Body

Join Jacob for both Upper and Lower body classes. Upper body focuses on training chest, shoulders and arms, while Lower Body focuses areas such as legs, glutes and hips. Upper Body class runs on Tuesday 9am, Lower Body runs on Thursday 9am.
