Raise your metabolism and burn fat with this 6am HIIT workout - alternating between short periods of high intensity and varied recovery times.

Strength & Conditioning

Thursday - Strength & Conditioning

Book in 6pm Thursday for our S&C class which includes weight training, cardio, plyometrics, and core stability exercises.

Saturday HIIT

Saturday - H.I.I.T

Get active on the weekends with our 7.10am HIIT session - 45 minutes and perfect for those members too busy to come during the week.
