Interval Training alternates between intense exercise and rest, catering to all fitness levels with modifications. It boosts cardiovascular fitness, strength, and endurance in a fun, efficient workout. Sessions will be run: Tuesdays: 6pm Thursdays: 6pm Fridays: 5:30pm Saturdays: 9am No classes on Public Holidays
