Our Group Fitness Classes

Class

H.I.I.T (Monday 6pm)

HIIT class, or High-Intensity Interval Training class, involves short bursts of intense exercise followed by brief periods of rest or low-intensity activity. This format boosts cardiovascular fitness, burns calories, and can be adapted for various fitness levels.

Weights

Circuit (Thursday 6pm)

Our circuit class consists of a series of exercise stations that participants rotate through, focusing on different muscle groups or fitness skills. This format provides a full-body workout in a timed structure, promoting endurance, strength, and variety while keeping participants engaged.
