Tuesday 430-530pm Abs, Booty, Thighs

If you want abs of steel and legs strong as an ox, this class is for you! A.B.T. focuses on your abdominals, thighs, and booty using a combination of free weights, bodyweight exercises, and resistance bands. Get ready to sculpt and strengthen your core and lower body like never before! Suitable for all ages and fitness levels

Wednesday 830-930am Able Bodies

Let's make you strong, mobile, and ready for anything life throws your way. This class is designed to enhance your functionality by improving your joint range of motion, strength and balance. Join us to build a more resilient and capable body!

Thursday 445-530pm Meta Conditioning

This 45-minute class blends bodyweight exercises and free weights to enhance your strength, boost muscular endurance, and improve your metabolic conditioning. Suitable for all fitness levels, from beginner to advanced, you'll train at an intensity of 70-80% to ensure a challenging and effective workout.

Saturday 8-9am Weekend Warriors

This class introduces unconventional gym exercises that are both fun and effective, leaving you energized and ready to conquer your weekend. Get pumped and challenge yourself in this action-packed session!
