7 Gym Bag Essentials

There’s nothing worse than getting to the gym only to realise you’ve left something at home. Check out our 7 gym bag essentials and you’ll never be caught out again!

 


 

1.  Access Pass

This is essential when training at any Jetts 24/7 Gym! Your access pass not only gives you access to your home club but access to over 260+ clubs across Australia, New Zealand, Thailand, the UK, the Netherlands and Thailand! Remember to bring it with you and swipe in every time you visit the gym.

 

2.  Water Bottle

To stay hydrated during your workout, it’s essential to sip water before, during and after exercise. You should aim to drink around 200 ml of water for every 15 minutes of intense exercise.

 

3.  Workout Plan

The worst thing you could do is turn up to the gym and not know what you’re doing! Have a program or an exercise plan ready to go — there are heaps of fitness Apps to choose from. 4.  Towel

Sweat is a sign that you’re putting in the work… but not when it’s not yours! Make sure you bring a towel with you for every workout to wipe away that hard-earned sweat.

 

5.  Deodorant

Workout and sweat are a package deal and it doesn’t matter who you are, we all sweat. But don’t let this stop you from working out, keep your favourite deodorant in your bag and you’ll always be protected from that unpleasant after-gym odour.

 

6.  Protein Shake
